Levy Heijndijk (Technical Director)

Ever since he was young, Levy has been passionate about football. During his youth, he played at a high level for e.g. Excelsior Rotterdam. Because of a lack of professional supervision, he was not able to achieve his dream of becoming a professional football player.

Levy has given his commitment to Lobazzini Sport Institute as an expert fiduciary, because this management agency meets all the requirements to offer talented players professional supervision, without ever losing sight of the human aspects. As Chief Executive Officer, he is partly responsible for the scouting and supervision of talented youth/professional players, with a focus on the Netherlands and Belgium. His goal is to give others a chance to realise their dreams.

I have a passion for football and people. I would like to dedicate my knowledge and experience in guiding talented players in their development as a footballer.

To sustainably  function as an individual, as a team player and to get the most out of your career, I guide you in your development on a technical, tactical and mental level. In doing so, I dig into you as a person, to know you, to understand you, so I can adapt my approach in a way that works for you.

From me you can expect an open and honest attitude in which a respectful deal with you and your family is central.

My background:

I was born and raised in Zuid-Limburg and played until my 20th at Roda JC, in the Golden Nineties. In these years, Roda JC was a regular performer in Europe. For example, Roda JC won 0-1 away at AC Milan and played the quarter finals of the UEFA CUP.

In these years, I consciously opted for a social career and studied mathematics at the Eindhoven University of Technology. For me, my personal development was always the most important .

Over the years I have formed the content of ICT, Internet and Marketing and communication. Since 2005 I am manager and have been managing various organizational components such as Marketing Research, Internet, Marketing & Communication and strategic Marketing. I developed my leadership style in which coaching and development of people and teams formed the basis for endurable success. Booking results and having fun went hand in hand. A quality that is essential when guiding players.

I am married to Nathalie and father of 3 children. We have two daughters, Loïs and Liv and a son, Sil. The eldest daughter I have accompanied as a hockey coach. And for my son and hist teams, I've been a succesfull football coach for 6 years.

I understand that it is difficult for young players and parents to make a choice who you trust to guide you. At Lobazzini you enter into a team with a wide range of experience, networks and expertise. The team complements to each other where each individual has the heart at the right place.
